Hidden Symbols unveils a five-track dystopian techno EP by label owner Orly Gal, who returns with two original tracks and three remixes, infusing the release with new energy.

Orly Gal is a Los Angeles-based artist who is making waves not only in her local scene but also around Europe, while her productions have landed on Kaiserdisco’s KD RAW as well as DZB Records.

Hailing from LA to Berlin, Vamp Acid is a live artist, vocalist and the Co-Founder of Hrdwre.io, cultivating a vibrant community for DAWless musicians. Her captivating live sets infuse acid techno, trance and EBM, which have seen her release on RAW Industries Berlin and OBSKUR MUSIC.

Marie Nyx is an LA icon and influential figurehead of the scene, and the Delusional Records owner has also released on Boysnoize Records and graced the likes of Mixmag Lab LA, Clinic Wednesdays, and Minimal Effort.

Materielle is a well-known figure in Southern California clubs and warehouse locations, where she has become deeply involved with West Coast techno. Through her DJ experience culminating over 10 years, she plays around the USA at parties with 6AM, Incognito, Synthetik Minds, and Dirty Epic.

“The Face” opens the release with a brooding and hypnotic tension in this stripped-back atmospheric cut.

Second up, “The Man Without a Face” continues the theme with a thundering atmosphere from swirling effects and bell chimes.

“The Face (Vamp Acid Remix)” adds a more menacing and intense angle to the original, with phasing elements and an acid-infused breakdown.

The fourth offering is the “The Face (Marie Nyx Remix)” that opens the door to a wild, broken beat take with a classic electro bassline setting the mood.

Closing the release is “The Man Without a Face (Materielle Remix)” with a raw and hypnotic trip of dubby, dance floor fuelled energy.
