With previous single ‘React’ currently the UK’s 6th biggest selling track released in 2023, the duo follow up with another heartfelt club heater

Fresh from their hugely successful Ella Henderson collaboration ‘React’ earlier this year, the UK’s number one mashup DJ duo Switch Disco are back with their hotly anticipated follow-up single ‘Vacancy’, out November 24th on Relentless Records

An emotionally uplifting dance anthem, ‘Vacancy’ shows Switch Disco at the peak of their powers, spinning a stunning lead vocal into a hands-in-the-air dancefloor belter. “My heart got a vacancy / I need you to take the key / I got room for you”, goes the heart-stopping chorus, before the track soars skywards on a sublime synthscape atop ascending piano chords.

Switch Disco are riding high from the runaway success of previous single ‘React’ with Ella Henderson, which peaked at #4 in the UK Official Charts, 10 weeks in the UK Official Chart’s ‘Top 10’ and 19 weeks in the ‘Top 40’. The track now ranks as the UK’s #2nd biggest selling Dance track released this year. #6th biggest selling track released in 2023 and 18th biggest selling track of the year overall. The early summer banger has also been taking over the airwaves in recent months, placing #13 in UK radio airplay, #5 on Kiss, #19 on Capital, #36 on BBC Radio 1, and #3 on Hits UK.

This two man DJ / producer team have been working alongside each other for almost 10 years, since their individual careers in the British and Greek music scenes collided together, resulting in a truly unique creative partnership. This summer has been their biggest ever with a 21 week residency at Ibiza Rocks in addition to multiple shows a week across Europe and the US.

Signed to Sony UK’s Relentless Records after going viral with their Bicep and Nelly Furtado mashup in late 2020, their edits are soundtracking hundreds of thousands of TikToks and Instagram reels across the world, as well as being supported by some of the best DJs in the dance music scene.

Following a momentous 2023, ‘Vacancy’ is another hair-raising anthem from Switch Disco as the mashup duo continue to blaze a trail across the club scene.
