Arielle Free Brings Double the Energy with Two Takeovers at Rise Festival

BBC Radio 1 host, Arielle Free, has curated two knock-out events for the 10th edition of Rise Festival, taking place at Les Deux Alpes in France from 7-14 December 2024

Snow ravers are in for a treat at the world’s biggest independent ski festival when Arielle Free stages the Welcome Party on Saturday 7th December at the Muzelle Stage with its own snowy dancefloor at the foot of the slopes. Under the banner of her label and club brand, Free Your Mind, which took over the Wild Corner at Hï Ibiza this summer, guests can expect a soundtrack of feel-good, uplifting and high-energy house music with Arielle at the helm, alongside label associates BETH, Biianco, Jenn Getz & Alfie.

Embracing the winter nature of Rise Festival, Arielle’s second takeover comes in the form of Freeze Your Mind on Monday 9th December. This unmissable event at the High Altitude Arena, otherwise known as Pano Bar, is situated 3,000 metres up the mountain with stunning views of the French Alps and stars Arielle Free spinning alongside UK garage star, Oppidan. Revellers should be prepared for a party like no other as the girls go on a journey through new, current and classic dance tracks.

Arielle Free was the perfect programming partner for Rise Festival. From producing the disco, filter house track ‘Blow My Mind’ with GHSTGHSTGHST and the huge ‘Levitate’ on REALM Records, to remixing Calvin Haris and Ellie Goulding ‘Free’, Arielle Free is an influential and consummate selector.

Arielle Free said: “I’m beyond excited to bring Free Your Mind to Rise Festival this year! The energy in the Alpes is like no other, and I have an amazing treat in store for you with an epic lineup of incredible DJs that I’m absolutely loving right now! We’ll kick off the week at the Rise opening party and dance our way to Pano Bar on Monday, shutting down apres in style under the snow! Expect banging tunes, fabulous vibes, and a whole lot of dance moves! Hope you’re ready to FREEZE YOUR MIND with me, see you on the mountains!”

Elsewhere at Rise Festival, dubbed the ‘party on the top of the world’, the revved-up Rise community will be welcomed by the cream of global DJ talent at the picturesque, snow-covered village of Les Deux Alpes. Chase & Status [DJ Set], Gorgon City, Sub Focus, Sammy Virji, Hedex, Enzo Siragusa, Bou, Hannah Laing, blk. Girls Don’t Sync, Joy (Anonymous), Fish56Octagon and many more are lined up to celebrate 10 years of Rise across three main stages (two outdoor), five indoor venues, and one transformed warehouse.

Add this to an unforgettable week of skiing, snowboarding, a full programme of unmissable slopeside activities, mouthwatering dining experiences and the annual Bongos Bingo madness, Rise is the ultimate destination for snow, music and adventure.

Only 1% of tickets now remain for the 10th anniversary. Various packages are available starting at just £399 per person. For more info, visit www.rise-festival.com.
